Alumni Honors Banquet: A Celebration of Leadership

Every year, Maryland Carey Law recognizes alumni for their leadership, achievements, and impact on Maryland Carey Law and the legal profession. We celebrated our 2026 award recipients at the annual Alumni Honors Banquet. Ticket included admission to the event, a seated dinner and open bar, and networking with fellow Maryland Carey Law alumni, faculty and staff. The annual Alumni Honors Banquet is hosted by the Alumni Board.

Golden Graduates Luncheon: Inducting the Class of 1977
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. | Westminster Hall

Maryland Carey Law continued its tradition of celebrating our most experienced alumni – our Golden Graduates – with a special luncheon during Alumni Weekend. Alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago are among this distinguished group.

All class years preceding 1977 are invited as we recognize the Class of 1977 for their Golden 50-year Reunion Celebration. This event is only open to alumni who graduated 1977 or earlier.

A celebration of Alumni Weekend with family and friends. Guests enjoyed complimentary barbeque food, beer, wine and soft drinks. Cornhole, face painting, lawn games, and other kids activities were available to enjoy.

The annual alumni reunion invites all alumni of milestone years to join us on Saturday evening for reconnecting.

Milestone years include the classes of 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, 1997, 2002, 2007, 2012, 2017, and 2022. The Reunion Class Dinner includes an open bar welcome reception, buffet dinner, and ends with a dessert reception, class photos and a special alumni weekend gift.
