This year, the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law commemorates the 50th anniversary of the law school’s Clinical Law Program, one of the first programs of its kind in the nation.

The win qualifies Maryland Carey Law’s three teams to go on to nationals in Washington, DC, March 8-12.

Maryland Carey Law is incredibly proud of its amazing network of alumni throughout the world. Since graduation from Maryland Carey Law in 2010, Daniel (Danny) Rubenstein has achieved a high level of success with his impactful contributions to his field which has recently culminated in his promotion to Partner at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Danny generously took the time to sit down with the IP Program and answer some questions about his life, his time at Maryland Carey Law, and his career in Intellectual Property.

Dean Renée McDonald Hutchins will serve a three-year term as a member of the AALS Executive Committee.
