Gambling

Funded by the Maryland Center of Excellence on Problem Gambling, the LRC supports responsible gambling law and policy efforts in Maryland and contributes our unique expertise on these issues nationally. The gambling team develops resources and presentations on effective responsible gambling policies and collaborates with legislators and regulators on legal and policy measures that can educate, prevent, and treat disordered gambling. The gambling team collaborates with the Maryland Behavioral Health Administration and the National Council on Problem Gambling and provides guidance to the Maryland General Assembly.
