Adam Farra represents businesses, governments, institutional investors, and individuals as plaintiffs in litigation after they have been harmed by anti-competitive, fraudulent, negligent, or unlawful business practices. He has litigated cases under the securities laws, the antitrust laws, and the anti-racketeering laws (“RICO”). He has also litigated constitutional and civil rights cases, at both the trial and appellate levels.

He was previously an associate at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, Sidley Austin LLP, and Gilbert LLP, all in Washington, D.C. He also served as a fellow at the NAACP Legal Defense & Educational Fund, Inc. After law school, he clerked for Judge Andre Davis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, Judge Peter Messitte of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and Judge Kathryn Grill Graeff of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.
