Before becoming one of the founding members of Salsbury Sullivan, LLC, Kevin was a partner in the litigation group of Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP.  During his 12 years at Gallagher, Kevin focused his practice on complex civil litigation, real estate and construction disputes, fair housing, medical malpractice, and criminal law.

Kevin has handled and tried various cases in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings.  He has obtained jury and judge verdicts in favor of his clients in an array of matters, including personal injury cases, discrimination cases, construction disputes, and in general civil litigation matters.

Kevin also works closely with his real estate based clients during the design and construction of commercial developments, multi family housing, and condominium projects.  Kevin also handles landlord/tenant disputes throughout the state in both the residential and commercial contexts.

Kevin’s current practice is diverse.  He handles primarily real estate and construction disputes, insurance disputes, employment and housing discrimination cases, and medical malpractice cases.

Kevin graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2003, earning his J.D. with honor. While attending law school, Kevin won the prestigious Myerowitz Award as the best oral advocate in his class, was part of the National Moot Court Team, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Kevin earned his BSED, cum laude, in 1999 from West Chester University.
