Mr. Sinclair is a partner at Silverman Thompson Slutkin & White, LLC where he chairs the Firm's business litigation group and handles a wide variety of litigation and counseling matters.  Previously, he was a senior associate at Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., where his practice focused on environmental litigation and counseling with regard to land use, environmental review, and public lands matters involving NEPA, federal and state laws governing offshore resources, and related natural resource statutes.  Mr. Sinclair graduated from the University of California at San Diego, Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal and selected to Omicron Delta Kappa.  After law school, Mr. Sinclair clerked for the Honorable C. Christopher Hagy in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
