Jhonell Campbell is a corporate attorney at Saul Ewing, LLP where she focuses her practice on advising business clients on mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.
Professor Campbell’s experience includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex technology-related license and master services agreements, SaaS agreements, and professional services agreements. She also works with clients to provide strategic legal advice in connection with the data privacy and intellectual property aspects of commercial and general corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Professor Campbell served as a vice president and senior legal counsel at T. Rowe Price. Drawing on her prior experience as in-house counsel, she understands corporate legal needs and aligns her work for clients to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
Professor Campbell is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and graduated from the Business Law Program. She also participated as a member of the National and BLSA trial teams.
