Kirstin Nelson teaches Advance Legal Research at the University of Maryland School of Law. From 2001 to 2002, Ms. Nelson was the Information Services Librarian at the University of Maryland Thurgood Marshall Law Library, managing the library’s Information Center. She currently works as a Law Librarian for LAC Group as a federal contractor. Ms. Nelson previously worked for Morningstar, Inc. as a Librarian Relations Specialist specializing in securities research and training. She has also worked as a Research Librarian for numerous area law firms, including Steptoe & Johnson, DLA Piper, and Blank Rome.
