Ms. Campbell-Ferrari is the co-founder and Executive Director of The Center for Water Security and Cooperation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C. She is also an adjunct professor at the George Washington University Law School and American University Washington College of Law. Ms. Campbell-Ferrari specializes in U.S. and E.U. water law.
