Bio

Annie Carver is a staff attorney in the Legal Resource Center for Public Health Policy-Cannabis. At the Legal Resource Center, Annie works with local health departments and community organizations to understand the public health impacts of cannabis legalization. She conducts presentations, attends community meetings, and researches law and policy related to cannabis legalization. Annie received her bachelors of arts from University of Rochester in political science and English and her juris doctor from University of Maryland Carey School of Law. After law school, Annie served as a staff attorney at Project HEAL at Kennedy Krieger Institute where she worked on special education case representation and legislative advocacy.
