Alex Kim is originally from Busan, South Korea, and grew up in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2019, where he received his B.A. in Religious Studies, and minored in Holocaust, Genocide and Human Rights. After graduating, he attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, then transferred to the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. During his time at Maryland Law, he pursued studies related to corporate transactional work. He was a member of the Transactional Law Team. He gained experience in both public and private sectors during his academic career. After graduation, he plans to move to New York City, where he plans to concentrate his practice in corporate and securities transactions.
