Delali is a 2016 graduate of the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Upon graduating from Cornell, she worked as an Area Manager at an Amazon Fulfillment Center in Fort Worth, TX. Before attending Maryland Carey Law, she was an HR professional at BNSF Railway in the staffing and learning departments. Currently, Delali is the Executive Articles Editor of the Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender, and Class and the Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association. During summer 2021, Delali was a Summer Associate at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor and looks forward to returning following graduation.
