Fair Housing Clinic
Course Description
The Fair Housing Clinic will provide students with practical, skills-based training on the practice of fair housing law through work on individual representation matters referred to the Clinic by the Fair Housing Action Center of Maryland, impact litigation matters on which clinic instructors are working across the country, and policy advocacy. Students will also learn about the foundations of fair housing law and emerging issues in the field through weekly seminar sessions.
