Environmental Law Externship Workshop

Course Description

The Environmental Law Externship Workshop is a required course for all students doing an environmental law externship. The course addresses the practical issues that an environmental attorney faces and provides an opportunity for students to share their externship experiences. Students will be required to develop their professional writing, with a focus on the legal memorandum. The course will also explore ethical, legal and practical challenges concerning the practice of environmental law.
