Course Description

The mission of this student-edited journal, formerly known as MARGINS, is to create a meaningful forum in which to explore the intersection between the law and its impact upon individuals and communities along the lines of race, religion, gender, and class. The journal is dedicated to providing a forum for scholarly inquiry and penetrating discourse from a wide spectrum of academic and practical expertise. Its goal is to encourage a continuing dialogue between practitioners, students, and experts in many disciplines. In doing so, we hope to create an environment where race, religion, gender, and class may inform our conversations as fully as the language of statutes and case law. Allocation of credits:

An increase in the total number of credits allocated to a co-curricular organization requires Curriculum Committee approval. An internal reallocation of credits requires the involvement and approval of the organization’s faculty advisor. The approval of the faculty advisor is also required for any proposed reallocation of credits that involves an increase in the total number of staff members.
