Advanced Legal Research: International Law

Course Description

This course will focus on advanced legal research methodologies and strategies used in international and foreign legal research, as well as advanced topics in U.S. legal research. Topics covered include advanced statutory research, administrative law, international agreements, and the multitude of online sources available for foreign and international legal research. A substantial portion of the grade will consist of performance on a final research project involving an assigned topic. This course satisfies the Advanced Legal Research requirement and is not available to students who have already taken one of the Advanced Legal Research courses.
