Registration and Enrollment

Working with students, faculty, and other student services professionals, the Office of Registration & Enrollment is primarily responsible for the academic administration of the Juris Doctor program. This office handles all matters related to course registration, grades, grading, grade reports, and class rank. The Office of Registration & Enrollment is also responsible for student records and exam administration. Additionally, the Office of Registration & Enrollment monitors and enforces academic rules and regulations, and supervises degree progress and certification, dual degree programs, and interdisciplinary study. Maintaining and updating the course catalog is a function of the Office of Registration & Enrollment.

Grades, Class Rank, and Transcripts

Grade reports are made available first through MyUMLaw and may later be accessed through SURFS. Unofficial transcripts are available from our office using a Student Request form which you must fill out and sign. Official transcripts are only available from the campus registrar's office either through SURFS or electronic submission through the campus registrar's office.
