Derrick Milburn is an Associate Legal Advisor with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Prior to joining DHS, Mr. Milburn worked for the Executive Office of the President and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable George L. Russell, III, of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Mr. Milburn graduated from American University in 2008, majoring in Law and Society. He earned his law degree from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law in 2013.
