Mr. Jordan's intellectual property law practice involves patent prosecution, client counseling and litigation, with a technical emphasis in the electrical, computer, software and medical device arts.  He conducts all phases of patent prosecution, before the USPTO and foreign patent offices. His counseling experience has involved responding to cease and desist letters, rendering opinions on patent validity and infringement, and conducting due diligence reviews for licensing, purchasing and pre-filing investigation purposes.

Specialties: Mr. Jordan has dealt with mobile processor power management, web-based computing environments, voice over IP (VOIP), radio frequency identifier (RFID), wireless networks, electronic design onboard diagnostics, optical networking architectures, ground fault circuit interrupters, semiconductor packaging, brain stimulation electrodes and a host of other technologies.
