What did you enjoy about your clinic experience?Getting the chance to work and gain valuable experience in an area of the law I planned on having a career in before I even graduated.Was there a particularly memorable moment from your clinic experience that you'd like to share?I was in the Public Health clinic and I had the opportunity to give written and oral testimony for a MD House of Delegates committee hearing.
What was your greatest takeaway from your clinic experience?That my passion for policy and legislation was reaffirmed and that I was on the right track in picking a career.How has your clinic experience benefitted you in your career and approach to lawyering?I have been able to say the I have practical experience in policy and legislation as well as an in-depth understanding on the legislative process in Maryland. This has given me a leg up in interviews and in my current position.
