Email Reference Service
The Thurgood Marshall Law Library offers reference service via email to faculty, students, and staff of the University of Maryland School of Law who need assistance finding legal information.
Brief, factual questions are welcomed via email. For example, we can help identify and locate known legal materials, provide guidance in the use of legal resources and tools, or find facts such as directory information. For more complex questions or for immediate assistance, however, we recommend that you visit or call the User Services Desk at (410) 706-6502. The User Services Desk is located at the entrance of the Thurgood Marshall Law Library and is staffed by professional librarians seven days a week.
