N.B. A separate binder has been added to the new Anne Arundel County Code. The Construction and Property Maintenance Codes Supplement to the Anne Arundel County Code (Oct. 1. 2005; currrent through Bill No. 23-05) contains all of the changes made to the various construction codes that are adopted by reference in Title 15 of the Code. This binder should be kept with the county code until a new edition is issues.

Supplements, with pages to file in the "big" binders, will still be issued, most likely on a monthly basis. The code website [see above] will have updates even sooner.

This is the last supplement for the 1985 Code. The Code is in the process of being recodified. The new Code will be published by American Legal in the fall of 2005.
