Adjunct Professor Andre Davis

The Baltimore Sun and The Daily Record - Andre Davis, JD, won confirmation as a judge on the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. Davis, a 1978 graduate of the School of Law and an adjunct professor, has been a federal judge in Baltimore for 14 years and was first nominated nine years ago. The Senate failed to act, and the nomination expired at the end of the Clinton administration. In The Daily Record, William Reynolds, JD, a professor in the school, described his former student as "by no means ideological." More »

The Baltimore Sun - The Obama administration is to unveil today its plan for taking control of the lagging Chesapeake Bay cleanup, amid growing grumbling from developers, farmers, and even state officials that Washington is overreaching in what has until recently been a largely cooperative effort among the bay states.
