Inclement weather update Friday, December 9, 2005 at 6:15am

The School of Law is open for business as usual.

All exams will be held as scheduled. However, we recognize that some students may need to use their own discretion about whether it is safe or prudent to come in. Those who believe it is unsafe to come in, should call or email Dean Forsyth/the Office of Registration and Enrollment (410-706-2045 or jforsyth@law.umaryland.edu). First year students who decide it is unsafe for them to come in to take the exam tomorrow MUST take it at 9:10 a.m., Monday, December 12, and will not be permitted to reschedule their Tuesday or Thursday exam under any circumstances. Those students with afternoon or evening exams who believe it is unsafe to come in, should call or email Dean Forsyth to make individual rescheduling plans.

We believe this plan provides the least disruption for the largest number of students, and also provides opportunity to reschedule for those who, for safety reasons, must reschedule.

Best of luck on your exams!
