UM Carey Law Holds Panel Discussion on the Supreme Court and Personal Jurisdiction

On Tuesday, Oct. 11, the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law held a forum on the Supreme Court’s 2010-2011 term decisions on constitutional civil procedure in J. McIntrye Machinery Ltd v. Nicastro and Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations, S.A. v. Brown.

This panel discussion on personal jurisdiction was moderated by UM Carey Law Prof. Sherrilyn Ifill and featured the following law school faculty and an attorney from the McIntyre case:
