Professor Sherrilyn Ifill participated in a segment on the Diane Rehm Show on NPR affiliate WAMU-88.5 in which she discusses ethics and the Supreme Court.
Specifically, Prof. Ifill discussed the need for justices to recuse themselves from cases over conflict of interest concerns.
She was joined in this debate by two other guests: Jeffrey Rosen, professor of law at George Washington University and legal affairs editor of "The New Republic," and Jeffrey Toobin, staff writer at The New Yorker, senior legal analyst for CNN, and author of "The Nine: Inside the Secret World of the Supreme Court."
