Professor Sherrilyn Ifill, a nationally recognized advocate in the areas of civil rights, voting rights, judicial diversity and judicial decision-making, will moderate a panel discussion on the current state of judicial diversity and approaches to fostering greater judicial diversity at both the federal and state levels. The panel, hosted by Sidley Austin and free and open to the public, was organized by 2008 UMDLaw graduate Thaila Sundaresan, an associate at the firm.
