Baltimore Magazine Profiles Dean Phoebe Haddon
After living in Baltimore for a year,
Dean Phoebe Haddon was
interviewed in July by Baltimore Magazine about her transition from Philadelphia to Charm City. She finds the taxi service lacking, enjoys the bike and walking paths, and loves the restaurants – even though an allergy prevents her from eating crab.
More seriously, Dean Haddon discusses UMDLaw’s effort to prepare students who can work together effectively and says: “Like others in my generation of African Americans and women, I stand on the shoulders of many people who fought for opportunities that have come my way. I hold a commitment to help others behind me in the same way.”
