Faculty Offer Preview of 2009-10 Supreme Court Docket
More than a dozen of the School of Law's faculty gathered for a lively discussion of the cases on this year's Supreme Court docket, on Monday Oct. 12 from 4-5:30 p.m. in the Ceremonial Courtroom.

Participating faculty included Mark Graber, David Gray, Michael Pinard, Michael Millemann, Maureen Sweeney, Doug Colbert, Abe Dash, Renee Hutchins, Maxwell Chibundu, Patricia Campbell, Lawrence Sung, Jane Barrett, Kathleen Dachille, and Max Stearns. Professor Sherrilyn Ifill was the moderator.
Topics included collateral consequences of criminal conviction, sentencing juvenile offenders to life without parole, right to counsel, effective assistance of counsel, civil procedure, intellectual property and standings and takings.
