Spend Halloween at Poe's Grave and the Westminster Catacombs

Come out and celebrate Halloween with a visit to the graves of Edgar Allan Poe, War of 1812 General John Stricker and other occupants of the Westminster Burying Ground and Catacombs from 6 to 9 p.m. on October 31. Planned activities include ghost-hunting techniques, an appearance from the medical school’s resident grave robber Frank the Body Snatcher, and eerie music on Westminster’s fully restored 1882 pipe organ.

Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12 and senior citizens. No reservations are required, but for more information call 410-706-7228.
