BLSA and SBA to Explore Jena 6 as a Case Study for Oct. 25 "Prosecutorial Discretion" Panel
The Black Law Students Association and the Student Bar Association will present the discussion "Prosecutorial Discretion: How the Criminal Justice System Balances Protecting Victims at the Risk of Creating Others," using the Jena 6 incident as a case study on prosecutorial powers on Thursday, Oct. 25 from 5-6:25 p.m. in the Ceremonial Courtroom.
