Latino Law Student Association Symposium to Honor the Life of Cesar Chavez on April 4
The Latino/a Law Student Association’s third annual Symposium, "The Rights of Migrant Workers: Honoring the Life and Legacy of Cesar E. Chavez," will be held April 4 in the Krongrard Board Room.
Featured Speakers include: Stephanie Bower and Peter Jones of the Cesar E. Chavez Foundation; The Honorable Linda Reyna Yanez of the Thirteenth Court of Appeals for the State of Texas; Daniella Dwyer of the Aid Farm Worker Program for the States of Maryland and Delaware; and J. Water Tejada of the Arlington County Board.
The Symposium will begin with a reception from 5-5:30 p.m., followed by the program from 5:30-7 p.m.
