Same sex marriage, affirmative action in college admissions and challenges to the Dodd-Frank Act’s regulation of the financial services industry are just some of the topics that may be on the agenda when Professors Douglas Colbert, Michael Greenberger and Sherrilyn Ifill discuss upcoming cases at the Supreme Court.

Constitution Day was created by Congress in 2004 to celebrate the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787. The law requires that any school receiving federal funds of any kind provide educational programming on the history of the Constitution.
