Eminent Scholars Discuss Global Constitutionalism at Constitutional Law Schmooze

On February 24 and 25, UM Carey Law's Mark Graber,  Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Development and Professor of Law and Government, convened some of the world’s most influential thinkers on constitutionalism, international law, and political science for the annual Constitutional Law Schmooze. The Schmooze is an annual round table and symposium where, for the price of a 10-page paper that serves as an admission ticket, scholars discuss important issues in constitutional law. This year’s topic was “Constructing the Global Constitutionalism Canon,” and attendees included:
