Vincent M. Guida, Jr. has been practicing law for over ten years in the areas of commerical litigation, land use and zoning, and bankruptcy law. Mr. Guida graduated from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and the University of Maryland School of Law with Honors. In law school, Mr. Guida served as a teaching assistant to Professor David Bogen and was a member of the Writing Fellows Program. Mr. Guida also served as Associate Editor for the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy. Mr. Guida formerly practiced with the law firm Bowie & Jensen, LLC and then as a solo practitioner focused on commerical litigation, land use and zoning, and real property disputes. In 2016, Mr. Guida moved to the Office of the Attorney General as an Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Assessments and Taxation.
