Cybersecurity & Crisis Management

Cybersecurity & Crisis Management

The Cybersecurity and Crisis Management Law Program combines theoretical study and practice-based learning on legal and policy issues in cybersecurity, homeland security, public health, and emergency management.

Cybersecurity and Crisis Management are fast-growing and complex areas of law, creating a need for lawyers who are able to navigate the relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices.

The Cybersecurity and Crisis Management Law Program takes pride in preparing graduates to provide effective counsel to government and private sector organizations.

Courses at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law are complemented by access to the distinguished University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security (CHHS), which melds academic and practical expertise for individuals who wish to become proficient in the law and policy of cybersecurity and crisis management.
