Graduating Students: May graduates must submit an Application for Diploma form in SURFS by Monday February 15th. Please go to SURFS and choose "Student," then "Student Records," then "Graduation Application" to fill out the form. Please specify Spring 2021 for expected date of graduation. Important: Please enter your name in the application the way that you want it to appear on your diploma.
