College Cost Reduction & Access Act of 2007, Higher Education Reauthorization and College Opportunity Act of 2008 & Other Loan Repayment Assistance Programs
New federal legislation now provides educational debt relief for some law school graduates. Effective July 1, 2009 new statutes make possible income-based repayment plans and, for graduates in public service, loan forgiveness under certain circumstances.
