The Raven is the student operated law school newspaper. Since 1988, The Raven has kept its readers well informed of legal issues at Maryland Law, the state of Maryland, the country, and even the world. The Raven provides an open forum for the responsible exchange of ideas among students, professors, and staff. The Raven prints thought provoking opinion pieces as well as a variety of lighter features that include professor profiles, speaker and event coverage, cartoons, and other creative and insightful pieces. Through the above, The Raven accomplishes its most important goal; to strengthen the school's sense of community.
