Committees

All members of Phi Delta Phi Paca Inn are also members of one of the six following committees. Members designate committee assignment during initiation. Contact the appropriate chair for more information.

Recruitment Committee: The recruitment committee coordinates the chapter's recruitment program and initiation ceremony. This council sees that the chapter remains competitive in membership numbers. This committee is chaired by the Recruitment Coordinator(s).

Philanthropy Committee: The philanthropy committee develops and coordinates a variety of activities to encourage and maintain a chapter philanthropy program that supports the national philanthropy program, PDP for You. The council is charged with organizing at least one philanthropy/community service project each semester, including Canned Immunity during the Fall semester. This committee is chaired by the Philanthropy Chair.

Program Committee: The program committee develops well-balanced chapter programs to broaden the individual's ethical and professional development. The committee is primarily charged with planning Paca Inn's Spring Ethics Symposium and Founders' Week celebration. This committee is chaired by the Vice Magister.

Fellowship Committee: The fellowship committee oversees the internal well-being of the chapter and provides a wide-range of experiences and challenges that foster the social development of each member. This committee is chaired by the Historian and Evening Student Liaison.

Fundraising Committee: The fundraising committee is charged with developing and overseeing the chapter's fundraising endeavors. This committee is chaired by the Fundraiser.

Bylaws Committee: The Bylaws Committee is responsible for updating and maintaining an accurate set of bylaws to reflect Paca Inn's practices. This committee is chaired by the Clerk.
