MELS Purchases Carbon Offsets

MELS Retires 76 tons on SO2
Since 1994, MELS successfully bid and retired 76 tons of SO2, thereby reducing the allowable sulfur dioxide emissions that regulated stationary sources are permitted to emit nationwide.
