My name is Kelsey Fung, and I am the President of APALSA. I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA, and I am here in Maryland to pursue the health law certificate. I did my undergrad at UC Irvine in Orange County, CA and majored in public health policy and political science. APALSA-MD has had a tremendous effect on my life, as well as social and networking experiences on the East Coast, and my goal is for everyone to feel the same way. We welcome everyone to join APALSA and come see what we’re all about!
My name is Ethan Han and I’m the Vice President of APALSA. As a 3L health law student here at Maryland Law, I hail from the great state of New Jersey while having done my undergrad at the University of Michigan (c/o 2010). As Vice President, my main function at APALSA is to serve the executive board and you, the student, in any and all ways that I can. I understand that may come off a bit corny but I sincerely would like to meet and get to know you! If you see me in the hallway or at a meeting, come say hi - I’m quite hard to miss as I’m the only male member on the board. Welcome and hope to talk to you soon!
