Diane Hoffmann, Associate Dean for Academic Programs, is Chair of the Steering Committee and provides overall direction for the Initiative.

Michael Millemann, Jacob A. France Professor of Public Interest Law, is the LEAD Initiative Director.

Paula Monopoli, Marbury Research Professor of Law, is Director of the Initiative’s Lawyers as Leaders Component.

Bonnie Allen, Director of Training and Foundation Development at the Mississippi Center for Justice, is the LEAD Transition Coordinator.

Maura DeMouy, Adjunct Law Professor, is the Initiative Coordinator.
