Presidential Candidate Books: Reviews and Comparisons
For almost as long as there have been presidential elections there have been campaign biographies and, more recently, opposition produced “tell-alls” that masquerade as biography. Each purporting to tell the truth about a candidate’s virtue or shortcomings. While YouTube and blogs offer immediacy the full-length biography still offers one of the best methods for a campaign to tell the entire, carefully crafted ‘history’ of a candidate. The current crop of candidates are no exception to this and an excellent tool that compares these books, many of which are destined for the remainder bin in 2009, can be found at the website of Time Magazine .
