The Thurgood Marshall Law Library is pleased to announce that we have purchased a subscription to IP Law360, a worldwide news service for IP professionals. IP Law360 covers developing stories in litigation, law and policy, with more than 1,500 articles published per year. IP Law360
Among the topics IP Law360 covers on a daily basis are:
- Key litigation (pharmaceuticals, high-tech, consumer goods, entertainment, etc.)
- Legislative initiatives (U.S. Congress, European Parliament, etc.)
- Regulatory developments (USPTO, FDA, WIPO, European Commission, etc.)
- Law firm news (mergers, personnel moves, etc.)
Each article includes deep links to related stories and, in many cases, legal texts and court documents pertaining to the case discussed. IP Law360's daily newsletter, distributed by e-mail, summarizes breaking news from the past 24 hours. If you don't already receive this newsletter you can set this up by going to http://ip.law360.com/Public/Default.aspx and following the links on the top right of the screen.
IP Law360 also offers an RSS feed and the set up link for that appears on the bottom left of the navigation window.
