The Law Review's staff is composed of approximately sixty students and professional staff. Incoming second year law students are selected via a competitive writing process that tests legal writing and editing skills. Second year students write case notes on developments in Maryland law and have the opportunity to be published in the Survey. Third year students serve as editors who run the daily operations of the Maryland Law Review. Students select and edit all published articles.
