Biography
Angela Ruocco serves as an instructor in the Community Justice Clinic. She comes to the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law with experience in public service as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland and former Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Baltimore. She has also spent time in private practice as a litigator at Venable LLP. She graduated in 2005 from the University of Maryland, School of Law.
