Susan Krinsky joined Carey Law in 2013 as Associate Dean for Students and Student Services. Her responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of student life, from admissions through career development, including orientation, student counseling, registration and enrollment, and student organizations.
Prior to joining Carey Law, Dean Krinsky served as Associate Dean and Adjunct Professor at Tulane University Law School, overseeing the admission, financial aid, and career services functions, as well as website content and marketing materials. At Tulane, she also taught a Bioethics seminar and a basic health law and regulation course, at both the Law School and the School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine.
Dean Krinsky is actively involved with the Law School Admission Council, serving on the Board of Trustees on three occasions. She serves as Chair of the Pre-Law Committee of the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar. Prior to moving to Baltimore, she was a long-time Board member of the Louisiana Mental Health Advocacy Service and also served on the Boards of a variety of education- and arts-related organizations in New Orleans..
