Biography
Brian Saccenti has served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender since 2001, first as a trial attorney in Baltimore City, and later as an appellate attorney with the office's appellate division.
Saccenti attended the University of Maryland School of Law as an evening student. After graduating in 2000, he clerked for the Honorable James K. Bredar, then a magistrate judge and now a district judge on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
