
Biography
Jeffrey Anapolsky is a High Yield Credit Analyst at T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., a mutual fund with nearly $500 billion of assets under management, in Baltimore, MD. He is a restructuring professional with over 12 years of achieving successful results in advising, operating, and investing in special situations involving bankruptcies and out-of-court workouts.
As an industry generalist, his experience includes companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to middle market to new venture in a wide variety of industries.
Mr. Anapolsky co-authored "The Art of Distressed M&A: Buying, Selling and Financing Troubled and Insolvent Companies," which was published in March 2011 by McGraw-Hill.
Previously, Mr. Anapolsky worked as a private equity investor with American Capital, Ltd., a bankruptcy attorney with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and a restructuring advisor with Wasserstein Perella & Co.
At the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Anapolsky received a B.S. in Finance and B.A. in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business and the College of Arts & Sciences, respectively. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and J.D. from Harvard Law School.
He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Anapolsky lives in Potomac, MD, USA with his wife, daughter, son and new puppy.
